Projet Pilote de la STM: Rack a Vélo sur Bus

In spring and summer time of 2010, Montréal à Vélo organized a postcard campaign the place a whole lot of postcards have been despatched to STM President Michel Labrecque demanding that the STM add some bike racks to its fleet of buses.
